Committee for Masonic Education
Recommended Masonic Reading
There are tens of thousands of books written on Freemasonry and its related bodies. Many of these books are excellent. Some unfortunately are not, or give inaccurate, misleading or untrue information. The following list is a suggested list of books that the Committee on Masonic Education has reviewed. This list is, of course, not all inclusive, but is merely intended to be a starting point. You can spend a lifetime reading about our fraternity and still learn only a fraction of what you can learn. Start now and we hope you enjoy a lifetime of reading pleasure.
Fraternally,
Committee on Masonic Education
